Requirements
- 3+ Years' Experience in growth marketing or demand generation
- AI-Literate: proficiency with tools like ChatGPT and workflow automation platforms
- Strong execution skills with a bias toward action
- Analytical and creative campaign development
- Proactive ownership of projects
- Lifecycle and CRM knowledge with tools like Iterable or HubSpot
- Collaboration across paid media, SEO, and events
- Professional fluency in English, German preferred
