Perform data analysis across all applicable technologies, and communicate recommendations based on findings.
Build analysis, data visualizations, and reporting that provides important insights required for decision-making in the organization.
Ability to streamline formatting and enforce consistent naming conventions across tools
Maintain consistency of all data points within the environment
Provide support with data cleansing & data management using industry specific tools.
Develop processes and protocols for data monitoring, hygiene (e.g. validation), and other strategies that help uncover gaps and opportunities to improve business.
Create informative repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Own and optimize weekly dashboard; consistently ensuring the data is accurate, clean and scales to encompass the evolving growth of our customer focus data warehouse.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years
experience in a digital role working with data, excels, and business models as part of a marketing team or sales team.
Experience transforming data trends into useful customer insights business can be used to guide data-driven strategy and customer experience.
Experience and an understanding of SQL Knowledge of data transformation tools and understanding of algorithms and data structure.
Worked with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Able to operate remotely in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment without the need of overhead support
Self-confident with ability to work remotely with and influence a global, matrixed team
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, gaining trust and confidence as a strategic partner from all levels within the organization
Very strong work ethic and team player with a positive “do what it takes” attitude
