Actively identify and proactively approach potential new customers (outbound sales) in a strategic B2B environment, focusing on target groups such as large property owners, real estate funds, facility management providers and relevant planning/engineering firms
Actively support the implementation of the sales strategy and contribute to shaping market development in coordination with the head of sales
Use sales and marketing tools to qualify and track leads
Prepare proposals and support negotiation processes
Assist with the ongoing management of existing customers and key accounts and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct research and analyses on market conditions, competitors and trends to prepare the sales strategy on a solid basis
Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and neighboring countries to attend client meetings, trade shows and represent the company
Requirements
You have successfully completed technical or commercial training or a degree (ideally with a focus on engineering or energy)
You have initial experience in sales or in proactive customer support, ideally with complex, consultative B2B products (e.g., building automation, energy management)
You possess a solid technical understanding and are prepared to quickly familiarise yourself with complex digital value chains
You demonstrate high initiative in acquisition and pursue leads in a structured and diligent manner; your focus is on purposefully unlocking market potential and achieving contract wins
You have very good German skills and good English skills to operate confidently in a diverse, including international, work environment
You act professionally and customer‑oriented, are a team player and have the empathy required to build long‑term customer relationships
