No-Show Resuscitation: Own the "Missed Demo" workflow. When a prospect fails to appear, you are on the phone/email within 5 minutes to troubleshoot the absence and move them back into an active demo status.
Persistent Pipeline Recovery: Manage high-volume outreach to stale leads and "dark" accounts. You don't just "follow up", you strategically re-engage prospects until they are successfully back in the funnel.
Deliverable Accountability: Audit all AE/SDR interactions to ensure promised documents, proposals, and follow-up materials are dispatched accurately and instantly. You are the final check to ensure we deliver on our word.
Attendance Optimization: Implement proactive confirmation sequences to minimize cancellations and maximize "Show Rates" across all three sales squads.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, email tools, dialing tools, lead management (Pipedrive/HubSpot/Salesforce), Online Phone Systems, Dialers, Slack/Discord, and automated scheduling tools (Calendly).
