Support salary review processes and workforce budget planning, ensuring coherence and sustainability
Improve the process for preparing salary offers, ensuring consistent application during hiring and alignment with area guidelines
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations related to compensation
Develop and monitor KPIs, reports, and dashboards to support People (HR) decision-making
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance, supporting processes such as compensation, budgeting, and audits
Perform analyses and generate insights, identifying opportunities to improve practices and processes in the area
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation of People processes, based on data and evidence.

Experience in compensation, job and salary structuring, or People Analytics
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Organized, detail-oriented, and technically rigorous
Familiarity with metrics, reports, and analysis tools (Excel, BI, etc.)
Clear communication skills to translate data into recommendations
Interest in working in a dynamic environment focused on building and evolving processes
Experience with salary surveys and market benchmarking
Experience with workforce budgeting
Experience with People Analytics / BI tools
Experience in the nonprofit (third sector) or impact organizations
