Requirements
Work experience: You have proven your skills in telephone-based (outbound) sales of complex, digital products—ideally in the B2C sector—and have experience using a CRM system
Background: Metrics such as Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Sales and Lead-to-Sales rates are familiar to you
What sets you apart? You are organised, assertive, self-reflective, driven, and resilience is not an unfamiliar concept to you
Enthusiasm and customer focus: You want to identify with a meaningful product and are motivated by satisfied customers
Language skills: You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
