As a Medical Partner Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with our CMO and play a central role in building and further developing our nationwide care network.
Establish and maintain a Germany-wide network of ophthalmology practices and clinics.
Acquire new cooperation partners for structured follow-up care of abnormal cases.
Coordinate appointment slots and care processes with practices.
Develop long-term, strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector.
Prepare decision papers, market analyses, and partner updates.
Structure and advance our medical partner strategy.
Prepare key management and board presentations.
Identify and build relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in ophthalmology.
Requirements
Degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a comparable field.
Experience in healthcare (e.g., MedTech, Digital Health, Pharma, network development, or strategic projects).
Experience collaborating with outpatient specialists or hospitals/clinics.
Experience preparing management presentations and strategic decision documents.
Structured and analytical way of working.
Willingness to travel.
Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
