You shape the candidate journey — from approaching potential talent to the successful integration of new team members.
You ensure that new employees go through a structured and professional onboarding process.
You facilitate performance feedback conversations and support team leads in defining development measures for their employees.
You are responsible for maintaining our digital personnel files and ensuring that HR documents are always up to date and complete.
You handle payroll preparation and ensure that all relevant data is processed accurately and on time.
Requirements
You have substantial professional experience in Human Resources — either in a holistic HR role or with a focus on recruiting or people development.
Ideally, you have already worked in an IT
or technology-oriented company and understand the requirements of dynamic, growing teams.
You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., as a personnel services clerk) or hold a degree with a focus on human resources — or can demonstrate a comparable qualification.
You bring strong organizational skills, work in a structured way, and enjoy making processes more efficient as well as introducing new standards.
Your excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, enable you to operate confidently within your area of responsibility.
