Manage the on-site Quality Technician team
Implement and enforce quality methodologies and procedures on site
Ensure strict adherence to the quality control plan
Report daily on the progress and quality status of construction activities
Support the global team with homologation of new materials and field testing
Organize and manage quality activities and the quality organization on site
Conduct audits of the preassembly and assembly phases of concrete towers
Perform final inspections of concrete towers prior to handover to the Project Management organization
Identify, document and manage non-conformities arising during the construction phase
Verify the quality methods and documentation used by subcontractors on site
Participate in meetings with other areas involved in the concrete tower scope and with subcontractors
Coordinate site tasks and activities with the global quality team

Degree or certification in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience in construction; knowledge of wind turbine assembly and quality procedures is desirable
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); German language skills are a plus
Strong problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues
Familiarity with precast concrete and construction processes is an advantage
Previous experience in project-based environments is beneficial
Background in construction supervision and quality control is a plus
