Negotiate long-term service contracts and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
Develop pre-sales contract strategies and coordinate closely with sales, business management, legal and technical functions
Prepare project-specific pricing, quotations and tender documentation for service agreements
Conduct contract amendments, renegotiations and renewals to reflect changes in scope or project needs
Follow internal approval processes, including risk review, KYC procedures and project summaries
Hand over signed contracts and amendments to Service Operations and support the knowledge database for tenders
Requirements
Experience in negotiating service or commercial contracts, ideally in a technical or project-driven environment, or equivalent background
Strong understanding of contract structures, pricing logic and customer requirements in a B2B context
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, legal, technical and commercial teams during contract preparation and negotiation
Structured working style with the ability to manage approvals, risk reviews and documentation requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to present service offerings professionally, including clear cost-benefit argumentation
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends, customer needs and competitive situations
