Role Overview
Build and execute integrated go-to-market strategies aligned to regional and global priorities that shift advertiser perceptions and behaviors across some of Pinterest's largest revenue-driving initiatives in the UCAN region, with a primary focus on the U.S. market.
Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, managing multiple projects at different phases that move the needle for Pinterest Business in the U.S. market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategy, messaging, creative assets, and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Leverage AI tools and platforms to accelerate work and impact, finding innovative solutions to marketing and operational challenges through regular, meaningful integration of AI into day-to-day workflows.
Build and maintain proactive relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a B2B role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, or equivalent experience
Experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful activations across a variety of types (i.e., executive engagement, event planning, go-to-market initiatives)
Strong event planning and management experience, with the ability to oversee end-to-end execution of industry events and experiential activations
Exemplary project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different phases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans aligned to organizational goals
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze marketing effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
Experience working meaningfully with AI tools and platforms to drive efficiency and innovative solutions
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
