Requirements
Sales experience – Ideally you have 1–2 years in a sales role at a SaaS company, startup, or agile tech/e‑commerce environment.
Hungry for growth – You love taking on challenges, continuously improving, and trying new selling techniques.
Structured & analytical working style – You take a data-driven approach to outbound strategies, optimize your outreach processes, and steadily improve your success rate.
Tech affinity & CRM skills – Initial experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and solid Excel skills help you manage your sales pipeline smartly.
Language & professionalism – You speak German at an expert level (C2) and can communicate confidently in English (at least B2).
Team-player mindset – You understand that sales is a team sport—we push each other to achieve new highs.
