About this role
Role Overview
You advise international trading companies and purchasing cooperatives and act as their primary point of contact.
You lead the functional and organizational implementation of our software.
You analyze our customers' requirements and translate them into well-thought-out technical concepts.
You coordinate the software configuration and, if needed, actively contribute your expertise to the implementation.
You ensure the correct professional implementation of the defined solution and support testing and acceptance procedures.
You work closely with the development team and actively help shape the further development of our software using customer feedback and your own ideas.
Requirements
Solid technical understanding for the analysis, design and implementation of complex software solutions, ideally based on modern Java and cloud architectures
Experience in the functional leadership of projects and in direct customer contact, preferably on complex customer engagements
Several years of experience leading agile software projects – particularly in a consulting environment or at a software vendor
Good understanding of business and financial processes
A completed technical or business education (university, university of applied sciences, technical college)
Experience in preparing technical documentation and presentations
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
