Own all aspects of YouTube ad campaign setup and optimization as the primary channel manager.
Manage YouTube and Demand Generation campaign formats in Google Ads/Google Ads Editor with various Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives.
Act as the internal and external POC for live and upcoming campaigns, make proactive recommendations to achieve client KPIs, implement requested changes, and ensure client requests are operationalized.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
Manage day to day tasks and responsibilities utilizing the team’s project management platform.
Monitor campaign pacing and adjust budgets and bids as necessary to deliver in full.
Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads across all YouTube ad formats and objectives (Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion).
Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $50k+
Thorough understanding of Google Ads mechanics, including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/tag implementations, and bid/budget management.
Proactive approach to campaign optimization and strategy.
