Operations Manager – People Operations & HR

Role Overview

• Recruiting & Onboarding: End-to-end – from job posting to successful start
• Team coordination (SPOC): First point of contact for our freelance psychologists
• Quality & Standards: Contribute to guidelines, SOPs, templates and best practices
• Interface with executive management: Prioritize projects, implement initiatives, and manage reporting
• Process optimization: Identify bottlenecks, build automations, and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Degree or training in HR or (business) psychology
• Professional experience in Operations/HR/People Operations, ideally in the health / e‑health sector
• Structured, dependable, and a strong communicator — you keep things running
• Digitally proficient (e.g., Google Workspace, ATS/HRIS, project and automation tools)
• Fluent in German, spoken and written
