Role Overview
- Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs
- Ensuring competitive total rewards offerings including salary structures, bonuses, and recognition programs
- Collaborating closely with HR and leadership teams
- Monitoring market trends and performing benchmarking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation and total rewards management in a global company
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
- Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation for benefits and compensation-related services
- Master’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS tools such as Workday or similar platforms (preferred)
