Responsible for operational billing activities and supporting the team
Lead and develop the team through the transformation process
Maintain collaboration with key account clients
Establish quality and communication standards for customer interactions
Serve as the point of contact for product management on optimizing billing processes
Advise customers on energy cost billing
Maintain relationships with key customers
Set up and generate energy bills (electricity, heating, water) for ZEV
Handle debt collection and respond to customer inquiries

Solid experience in energy cost billing for properties and ideally with ZEV electricity billing
Knowledge of property management, property accounting, and tenancy law is an advantage
Strong customer orientation and an understanding of efficient customer service on a technology platform
Prior experience (or at least interest) in using AI tools and agents
Fluent German and at least basic knowledge of French
