Role Overview
Lead and expand strategic partnerships with assigned accounts
Drive sustainable account growth by identifying opportunities
Shape and drive executive-level interactions and negotiations
Uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Lead collaboration with IQVIA’s Commercial Service Line SMEs
Develop deep organizational insight

Actively network across the life sciences ecosystem
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Strong strategic and commercial acumen
Skilled influencer and collaborator
Confident negotiator experienced in managing discussions
Structured, resilient, and proactive
Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
Willingness to be on-site with the client and travel frequently within Switzerland
