About this role
Role Overview
Identify and acquire apartments, properties and development projects across German-speaking Switzerland
Build and maintain a strong network (owners, property managers, investors)
Proactively approach the market through direct outreach and cold outreach
Manage the acquisition process from initial inspection to integration into the portfolio
Contribute to shaping the company’s growth strategy
Requirements
Native or fluent in Swiss German; very good Standard German and English skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and high degree of self-initiative
Persuasive communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
Several years of experience in sales, business development or real estate is a plus
University degree is an advantage
