Coordinate legal operations by monitoring and guiding teams in the handling of judicial and administrative proceedings, ensuring technical quality and compliance with deadlines.
Monitor the progress of strategic cases by supporting the immediate supervisor in the management of significant and complex litigation, reviewing court filings and coordinating litigation strategies.
Lead legal teams by receiving, organizing and distributing matters, monitoring team performance and promoting technical development through guidance and training.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Postgraduate degree in Procedural Law, Business Law, or related fields is desirable. Knowledge of civil actions, debt recovery, real estate/mortgage credit, and labor law is desirable.
More than 6 months of experience in legal supervision or coordination, with a solid background in law firms or companies in the financial sector. Experience in team management and debt recovery; in-depth knowledge of civil, labor and corporate law; experience analyzing performance indicators and using legal management systems; and familiarity with legal automation methodologies and tools.
