Support for administrative activities: Assist with the department’s routines, such as organizing supplier records, updating spreadsheets, filing documents and internal processes.
Support for team demands: Assist the team’s activities, helping prepare payment reports (e.g., credit card statements) and record fiscal documents in systems.
Learning and professional development: Take part in the company’s learning activities, showing interest in developing new skills, organization, responsibility and good communication. No prior experience required, but willingness to learn, proactivity and basic computer skills (such as Microsoft Office or digital tools) are expected.
Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and results.
Requirements
Reside in Florianópolis or the surrounding area and be available to be on-site at Renapsi and at the headquarters (Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Florianópolis/SC);
Availability to work the afternoon shift;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Ambition and commitment to career development and growth;
Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
To meet the Young Apprentice program requirements, you must be between 14 and 24 years old, be enrolled and attending school or have completed high school. For candidates with disabilities, there is no maximum age limit.
