Role Overview
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely and warm touchpoints throughout the process
- Maintain and optimize our ATS
- keeping data clean, pipelines accurate, and reporting up to date
- Coordinate hiring manager debriefs and ensure feedback is collected promptly after interviews
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires, partnering with People Ops to deliver a great Day 1 experience
- Help improve recruiting operations by identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements
- Assist with employer branding efforts, including event coordination, swag, and LinkedIn content support
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS or HR software.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
