Advising on paid media strategies for some of Germany's largest brands
Planning, execution and optimization of paid social campaigns
Reporting on relevant channel KPIs
Strategic development of paid media services
Advising clients on various internal campaigns
Requirements
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers
Ability to self-reflect and work well in a team
At least 3 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
Solid knowledge of ad managers (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
Experience working with tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking)
Understanding of funnel logic, conversion optimization and customer journeys
Strong German and English language skills
