About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 2-3 years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques, with a track record of achieving recruitment goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and other recruitment software.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of recruitment.
Nice to Have: Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate environment, with a focus on healthcare.
