GovWell is a company focused on transforming government services through AI technology. They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both business and technical roles, ensuring a strong candidate experience and effective hiring practices.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for business and go-to-market roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and run structured, high-signal interview processes
- Build and manage top-of-funnel pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative channel development
- Support technical hiring as needed, quickly ramping on role requirements and partnering with functional leaders to drive searches forward
- Improve recruiting processes and systems, including interview design, scorecards, candidate experience, and funnel tracking
