You model new processes and automations in our CRM and implement them technically cleanly and in a scalable way.
You are responsible for roles, permissions and user management in the CRM.
You ensure data quality and assist in documenting processes and their technical implementation beyond the CRM.
You work closely with Operations, Sales and Product and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
You are enrolled at a German university for at least another 6 months, ideally in a program combining business and IT (e.g. Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, …), and can support us for at least 15 hours per week.
You are fluent in German (at least C1).
You have a pronounced hands-on mentality, tackle topics proactively and take ownership.
You have very good communication skills and engage confidently with different stakeholders.
You bring technical understanding: Git, APIs, Webhooks, data models, software architecture, and you have programming experience.
You work in a structured and careful manner, especially with data quality and documentation.
Plus: You have practical experience with a CRM or low-/no-code automation tools (e.g. n8n).
You are interested in startups or have already worked in one.
