Requirements
Passion for sales & experience in SaaS sales within early-stage startups
Knowledge of the e-commerce space; ideally you have sold software to similar ICPs before
Strong communication skills & comfort interacting with customers
Growth mindset to reach ambitious sales targets
High level of self-motivation to generate and implement new ideas
Independence, drive, and ownership
Experience and/or interest in the e-commerce market
Startup enthusiasm
German and English language skills
B2B startup sales experience
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
Experience with outbound sales tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo)
