Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy for the DACH region, leveraging global initiatives and adapting campaigns to local business objectives and audience needs
Identify and execute optimal go-to-market strategies; own the regional marketing roadmap in collaboration with local management and the central marketing team
Maintain a deep understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and the customer journey in the region to ensure demand generation strategies address their needs
Use a mix of marketing channels (content, events, influencer and partner marketing, email, social media, and paid advertising) to drive demand and engagement in the region
Implement targeted nurturing programs to increase conversions and optimize sales process performance
Align all demand-generation activities with consistent brand messaging to build brand recognition and strengthen trust in the region
Monitor and analyze campaign performance in the DACH region using analytics tools; identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations to increase results
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to develop initiatives that support the entire customer journey, from acquisition through retention
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in B2B marketing
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and channels
Ability to collaborate effectively between central and regional teams
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in German and English
