Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients — by phone and in writing
Independently manage and administer the commercial client insurance portfolio
Prepare and develop quotations for new and renewal business
Prepare customer meetings and support our sales team
Communicate and coordinate with insurers and partners
Assist with processing and handling claims
Ensure high service quality and reliable customer support
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the insurance sector (e.g., Insurance Clerk / Insurance and Finance Clerk) or a comparable commercial qualification (m/f/d)
Initial experience with commercial clients, property, or liability insurance is an advantage but not required
Structured and independent working style
Strong service and customer orientation
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Interest in continuously developing your professional expertise
