Write and deliver briefs aligned to overall strategy of campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing channel owners and creative teams to develop campaigns and consumer journeys that align with our briefs, goals, and strategies surrounding each collaboration.
Lead projects with external partners across energy collaborations and special projects.
Work cross functionally with teams across the org inclusive of product, merchandising, sales, and ecommerce team members, with a goal of seeking inputs to improve collaboration efficiency.
Organize seeding units as well as ship out units to influencers, media, and brand friendlies leading up to launches to drive buzz and awareness surrounding collaborations.
Execute weekly reporting to cross functional teams globally, communicating adjustments to collaboration launches throughout the year.
Develop collaboration playbooks to ensure completion of programs across global teams.
Requirements
BS or BA in business, marketing, or related field
At least 5+ years of marketing experience, highly preferable with a global brand that operates in multiple channels and geographic regions
A passion for fashion and streetwear
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ever-changing environment with ability to prioritize workload while under pressure
Operate with a sense of urgency
Attack roadblocks with solutions
Strong communication ability, written and verbal
Footwear or streetwear industry experience a plus.
