Hunt for opportunities to improve revenue and margins by identifying patterns and trends in the business
Tackle and resolve pricing help desk requests from 900+ hospitals—using guidelines, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset
Find creative ways to improve pricing workflows, response times, and overall efficiency
Partner with field operations and local teams to explain pricing strategies and drive adoption of tools and recommendations
Help shape and influence how we standardize pricing, stay competitive, and plan for the future

3+ years of experience in operations, multi-site support, or a similar fast-paced environment
Confidence working with data—bonus points if you can pull your own insights using SQL, Tableau, or similar tools
Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to scale decisions and improve workflows
Comfort navigating ambiguity while keeping a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach
A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (business, data analytics, engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
