Continuously optimize your outbound strategies to engage prospective customers professionally while keeping their needs front of mind
Qualify leads from campaigns and develop them into sales opportunities for our Field Sales team
Develop and continuously refine your understanding of our ICP (ideal customer profile), our value proposition and the sales journey at stp.one
Engage with decision-makers at the highest levels in our target market (e.g., lawyers)
Ensure high data quality in the CRM system
Collaborate across the Go-To-Market team to optimize processes from acquisition and list building to outreach, lead handling and lead qualification
By working closely with our Field Sales team you will gain experience and continuously develop your skill set to progress your sales career
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in a demanding, fast-paced, communication-heavy environment (startup, consultancy, banking, service or similar)
Initial experience in a sales and/or business development role or similar
Experience with direct customer contact (ideally with executives or C-level) where possible
Degree or vocational training in a business
or technology-related field, or equivalent background
Advantageous: prior experience in the legal market
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy working with people
Self-starter with assertiveness, team orientation and a quick grasp of complex topics
Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
Excellent written and spoken German and English
