Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or related field
7+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles with significant focus on transformation strategy
Proven experience advising clients on complex real estate and facilities transformation initiatives
Strong track record of shaping and delivering real estate and facilities transformation programs
Demonstrated ability to move from strategic problem-solving to execution planning
Superior executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Experience leading and mentoring diverse, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary project teams
Strong program and project management capabilities
Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and digital technologies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
