Serve as the Single Point of Contact for the FCDO Europe region.
Manage project delivery across 23 countries, account P&L management, and KPI/CPI performance metrics.
Lead project delivery under the principal contracting model.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with in-country PDS and Tetris entities.
Ensure alignment of delivery standards and processes across all partner organizations.
Responsible for all aspects of JLL delivery process including safety compliance across the region.
Manage all FCDO stakeholders at multiple levels including global heads of operations, finance, and safety.
Achieve forecast accuracy within ±2% variance each quarter.
Lead monthly project reviews using JLL tools.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Minimum 10+ years in project management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-country programs across Europe.
Strong background in principal contracting models and proven experience managing third-party delivery partners.
Extensive experience in facilities management and workplace projects.
Demonstrated P&L responsibility for accounts with minimum value of £10M+.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional European languages an advantage).
