Plan, organize and control marketing initiatives with a focus on Events and Merchandising that aligns with branding, customer market, financial and corporate objectives
Participate in marketing strategy, research and development requirements, branding and coordination for existing and emerging marketing plans
Plan, coordinate, execute and measure projects core Marketing priorities with a specialty in merchandising, events of all scales, branding initiatives and sales promotions
Provide technical expertise, develop communications and/or training of marketing initiatives and monthly newsletters
Conduct routine marketing analysis to develop standard operating procedures
Develop and maintain merchandising, signage and fixture programs
Plan, execute, participate and measure events for Customers, Associates and Suppliers on time and on budget
Plan, execute, strategize and collaborate in new branch builds, relocations and/or renovations
Manage vendors, marketing collateral, supplies and administrative tasks
Requirements
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with strengths in Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat
Vast knowledge of store fixtures and signage materials
Excellent communication and customer content writing skills
Experience in design proofing and working with graphic designers with knowledge of fundamental design concepts
Event & Tradeshow experience in planning and executing small to large scale events
Strong project and budget management skills
Experience in managing and developing talent of Marketing Associates
