About this role
Role Overview
Conduct sales closing with leads, presenting convincing and personalized proposals
Work collaboratively with the pre-sales team to deeply understand the needs of potential drivers
Negotiate the best plan to meet drivers’ needs
Overcome sales objections, using the best techniques and market practices
Maintain an after-sales relationship to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and foster future business opportunities
Consistently meet or exceed logical sales goals
Keep accurate records of all sales interactions on Hubspot
Follow up with opportunities
Negotiate with customers and make sales
Manage sales pipeline and forecast with a vision of sales at scale, you should be able to manage a funnel with several active customers
Requirements
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Spanish (will be an extra)
Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
Has verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
Can use negotiation skills to achieve goals
Maintain a proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly
Results-oriented and customer-focused
Enthusiasm for testing new, non-standard solutions
Embrace a culture of total transparency and trust
