Lead stages of the UX/UI process independently, from discovery through handoff to development;
Create intuitive flows, user journeys, and interfaces for digital products;
Plan and conduct user research to validate product hypotheses and inform design decisions;
Analyze metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement;
Create wireframes and medium
to high-fidelity interactive prototypes;
Work with design systems to ensure consistency across interfaces;
Document design solutions to facilitate implementation by the development team;
Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders on product decisions;
Contribute to the evolution of design processes and to the quality of the team's deliverables.
