Planning and conducting UX research (qualitative and quantitative)
Analyzing user needs, goals, and usage contexts
Translating research findings into well-founded UX concepts, information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Taking ownership of projects, proactively managing them, and working in a structured, transparent, and solution-oriented manner
Advising clients as an equal partner
Contributing ideas and providing well-founded justification for design decisions
Maintaining an overview in complex projects, recognizing interdependencies, and deriving meaningful conceptual decisions
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across design, development, and consulting to create holistic user experiences
Actively contributing to the further development of UX services, methods, and processes.

Solid experience in UX design
Deep understanding of user-centered concepts
Analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, well-considered UX solutions
Taking responsibility for your own areas
Ability to work independently
Confident and persuasive presence with clients and project teams
Constructively reconciling different perspectives
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams
Fluent German language skills.
