Lead cross-functional efforts to bring new features and products to market
Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions in partnership with the B2B Marketing team, Product, and key stakeholders
Conduct market research and gather qualitative feedback to understand retailer product and service evaluation
Analyze the competitive landscape for market segmentation and opportunity sizing
Collaborate on multi-channel GTM strategies and campaign messaging for new Bread Pay features
Create compelling content for internal and external audiences
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years product marketing experience in a B2B startup, fintech, or SaaS environment
experience in B2B messaging and positioning
track record of executing GTM plans to drive product or feature adoption
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field of study (preferred)
experience in the retail, e-commerce, or fintech space (preferred)
ability to build, launch and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies & campaigns
proficiency in analyzing strategy & campaign performance, interpreting KPIs, and translating insights into product and marketing enhancements
proven success coordinating and presenting cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams
