About this role
Role Overview
Primary point of contact for our clients in the energy industry
Support in daily operations related to the use of Wilken ENER:GY and Wilken P/5W
Maintain communication, coordination and a stable, trust-based customer relationship
Advise and support customers on how to apply the ERP solutions in day-to-day operations
Keep ongoing contact and proactively inform them about updates
Plan and facilitate technical discussions between customers and internal experts
Collect customer requirements in a structured way and coordinate their implementation
Requirements
At least 2 years of practical experience in the energy and utilities sector, ideally with an energy supplier, municipal utility or grid operator
Basic understanding of IT systems and their application in daily operations
Strong communication skills, empathy and confidence in dealing with diverse stakeholders
Able to work in a structured and autonomous manner and maintain an overview even with many participants
