Prepare quotations and sales-related documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics, or online operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage online sales platforms and digital workflows.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling orders, invoices, and pricing.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in customer-facing interactions.
Analytical and process-oriented, with a proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
Proficiency with eCommerce platforms, Xero, and digital tools, and willingness to learn about construction-related products.
Strong time management and reliability, including flexibility to start early if required.
Proactive, adaptable, and open to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
University degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or Construction is advantageous.
Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.
