Collaborate with our sales team, clients, and insurance carrier underwriters in order to successfully grow and retain clients
Act as a client consultant, providing clients with recommendations and advisory services to help them achieve their long-term goals
Provide excellent client service
Develop and maintain working relationships with clients by managing pre-renewals, renewals, and overseeing ongoing service needs
Provide consultative services to client contacts in order to account-round existing clients to meet gaps in their coverage
Leverage product knowledge to maintain a high service standard for various clients and their product service lines
Conduct in-person, Zoom, and phone meetings with clients and carriers and maintain client information using a Sagitta CRM system
Requirements
3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, brokerage experience preferred
Experience working with clients in a variety of industries and experience communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent customer service skills, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize deliverables and projects with competing deadlines
