About this role
Role Overview
Prospect, negotiate, and successfully onboard new employer clients and benefit brokers.
Act as a key liaison to the broker community.
Educate brokers and their clients regarding Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions value propositions, services, and solutions offerings.
Stay informed of industry trends to improve benefit plans.
Partner with the Director of Sales regarding pipeline activity and forecasting.
Requirements
At least 5-7 years’ business development experience working with benefit brokers, agents, and consultants.
Exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and confidence to present to C-level executives.
Ability to work collaboratively with different internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Ability to travel 50-80% of the time.
