Holistic support: You accompany prospective participants from the first consultation through redemption of their AVGS voucher to the start of their training.
Needs analysis & guidance: You understand individual life and career situations, explain funding options clearly, and work with prospects to identify the right learning path.
AVGS eligibility & process support: You assess funding eligibility in a structured way, explain next steps, and assist prospects in communicating with the Jobcenter or Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit).
Momentum & decision support: You help prospects overcome uncertainty, keep processes moving through timely follow-ups, and support them until the final decision.
CRM & pipeline management: You document conversations accurately in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot), manage follow-ups in an organized way, and keep your funnel under control at all times.
Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with Marketing, Programs and Operations and proactively provide market feedback to continuously improve our advisory processes.
Requirements
Empathy & advisory skills: You can quickly empathize with different life situations and have conversations on an equal footing.
Experience in conversation-heavy roles: For example in sales, recruiting, coaching, education, staffing, social work or similar fields.
Strong communication skills: You explain complex topics clearly and can build trust quickly over phone or video.
Structure & ownership: You work in an organized way in the CRM, actively manage your pipeline and keep track of leads even during longer decision processes.
Willingness to learn: You are ready to quickly familiarize yourself with topics such as AVGS, Jobcenter processes and funding logic.
Resilience & personal responsibility: You stay motivated even when processes take longer or not every approval is granted immediately.
Language proficiency: You speak and write excellent German (native level / C2); a confident command of official and funding terminology is important.
