We are looking for an analytically strong and execution-oriented SEA & Paid Social Manager (m/f/d) to take holistic responsibility for and further develop our performance marketing activities.
In this role you will manage search engine and social advertising activities end-to-end and work closely with adjacent marketing and business teams.
Develop, implement and continuously optimize SEA strategies (Google Ads, optionally Microsoft Ads) with a focus on performance, scaling and efficiency.
Plan, execute and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and other relevant channels.
Responsible for campaign setups, budget management, bidding strategies, targeting and creatives in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Ongoing analysis of campaign performance (e.g., ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) and derivation of concrete recommendations for action.
Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand, Content, Data, CRM) to ensure a consistent and effective overall strategy.
Monitor market, platform and product developments and evaluate new features and trends for operational use.
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience managing SEA and/or paid social campaigns, ideally in an e-commerce or performance marketing environment.
Strong understanding of performance KPIs and the ability to analyze data in a structured way and translate insights into actions.
Confident use of common advertising platforms and analytics tools.
Structured, independent working style and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in parallel.
Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage.
Team player with strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style.
