Role Overview
- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities across the aerospace engine manufacturing ecosystem
- Partnering with global technical, commercial, and operational teams
- Position Bodycote’s advanced post-processing technologies, including HIP, heat treatment, and surface technologies within additive manufacturing and investment casting production routes
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience within the Aerospace & Defense manufacturing or supplier ecosystem
- Experience engaging with aerospace OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
- Exposure to additive manufacturing, investment casting, or advanced materials processing in aerospace applications
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with experience building business cases and developing long-term opportunities
- Ability to influence and collaborate across global, matrixed teams while building credibility with senior stakeholders
