About this role
Role Overview
As part of our Customer Success team, you are the primary point of contact for our customers
Your focus is on handling technical inquiries by phone and in writing
You provide consultative support to our customers
Technical support for balcony PV systems: you are the contact for technical questions
Customer communication in the ticketing system: you process and prioritize incoming requests
Telephone customer service: you answer customers' questions on the phone in a friendly and professional manner
Optimizing internal processes: you work closely with various teams
Onboarding new team members: you support new colleagues during their onboarding
Requirements
Technical affinity: You have a basic technical understanding, preferably of how our products work
Customer orientation: You have at least one year of experience as a Junior Customer Success Manager or in a comparable position
Conscientious & reliable: You complete your work reliably, independently, quickly and carefully
Strong communication skills: You can express yourself very well, are empathetic and can explain complex issues simply
Team player: You enjoy working in a young, motivated and effective team and value cross-departmental collaboration
