Working Student – Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

• Support in applicant management and day-to-day recruiting activities
• Create and publish job postings
• Coordinate interviews
• Communicate with applicants and clinic locations
• Contribute to recruiting campaigns and social media initiatives
• Prepare for and participate in recruiting events
• Support Active Sourcing and the maintenance of talent pools
• Prepare recruiting reports and analyses
• Collaborate on projects to improve our recruiting processes

Requirements

• You are a student (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Business Psychology, Communications, Marketing or similar) or starting a dual study program
• You have an interest in Recruiting, HR or Talent Acquisition
• You are comfortable in a digital environment and have a good sense for target audiences
• You are familiar with social media, LinkedIn and similar channels
• You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
• Very good German language skills; English is a plus
