You will take an active role in expanding our network of veterinary practices in Southern Germany and be responsible for the entire partner acquisition process: identification and analysis of potential veterinary practices and clinics in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse
Proactively contact and build long-term relationships with practice owners
Advise on our partnership model and develop tailored cooperation solutions
Support the entire acquisition and transaction process – from first contact to contract signing
Prepare and present purchase or partnership proposals
Conduct negotiations with practice owners independently
Work closely with internal teams such as M&A, Operations and Finance
Requirements
Initial professional experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or field sales
Enjoy identifying new business opportunities and proactively approaching potential partners
Strong communication and networking skills and a confident manner with decision-makers (e.g., practice owners)
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Entrepreneurial mindset and an eye for market opportunities
Willingness to travel within Southern Germany
Very good German language skills required
Ideally: experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine or the service sector
Exposure to practice management, site development or corporate partnerships
Good English skills are an advantage
