Build, coach, and retain high-performing operational leadership teams
Serve as a senior technical and operational advisor to executive leadership

8+ years of commercial roofing operations or senior project management experience required
Multi-territory or multi-location leadership experience highly preferred
Proven P&L management responsibility
Previous branch or commercial roofing company leadership preferred
Highly technical commercial roofing knowledge with experience supporting large-scale projects
Strong financial, operational, and strategic acumen
